Customer has the right to return the Products purchased on the www.ceramicheartecreta.com site, without any penalty and without being required to give reasons, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt by the Customer of the Products in question. The Product must be returned in the original packaging, with any accessories or manuals and warranties. With the shipment of the Products to Arte Creta, the contract of sale will be considered canceled for all purposes and all the related obligations, rights or claims will lapse. If the Products returned to Arte Creta will be damaged, Arte Creta will have the right to compensate this damage with the payment already made by the Customer.
User can to withdraw from the Contract at any time before the Order is delivered and up to 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal on the site www.ceramicheartecreta.com, you are obliged to give unequivocal communication:
- By email to info@ceramicheartecreta.com, specifying your name, address and order reference number. If you withdraw from the Contract, you must return the Products at your expense and at your own risk, or alternatively notify Arte Creta to collect it at your address; in this case the shipping cost will be deducted from the total to be refunded. We invite you to check that the Products are adequately insured for transport.
The products must be returned to Arte Creta, within 14 days from the day of notification of withdrawal, in the same conditions in which they were received and accompanied by relative box and warranty. If you do not return the Products within 14 days of withdrawal, the deadline for the reimbursement will expire.
The user is required to observe the necessary diligence in the care of the products in possession. In case of default, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration of the Products, from the sum to be reimbursed.

When Arte Creta will be able to confirm that the expected conditions have been met, Arte Creta will send the Customer an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return and will initiate the reimbursement procedure in such a way that the Customer receives the reimbursement paid for the Products returned within the next thirty (30) days, regardless of the payment method previously adopted by the Customer. The repayment of the amounts paid will always be made to the Customer who made the payment. In the event that the above conditions have not been respected, the Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the amount paid to Arte Creta. However, the Customer will only have the right to have the returned Products returned at his own risk and at his own expense. If the Customer does not ask to get back the returned Products within thirty (30) days from the relative communication by Arte Creta, Arte Creta will have the right to retain them together with the amount received in relation to the transaction.
